ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MSCI GLOBAL LOW CARBON TARGET INDEXES

As previously communicated, MSCI has introduced a guaranteed minimum 30% reduction in Carbon Exposure (covering both Carbon Emissions Intensity and Potential Emissions Intensity) relative to their respective parent indexes.

This enhancement will be implemented in the indexes at the November 2025 Index Review, effective November 25, 2025. The updated methodology book is available on the MSCI website at: https://www.msci.com/index-methodology
