UPDATE ON THE TREATMENT OF SENSETIME GROUP B IN THE MSCI INDEXES IN RELATION TO AMENDED US EXECUTIVE ORDER 13959

On December 19, 2025, MSCI announced its intention to revise the treatment of Sensetime Group B, the listed security of SenseTime Group Inc., and to consider it as eligible for inclusion in the MSCI China All Shares and MSCI China Indexes at the next Index Review.

Following feedback from market participants and further review, MSCI confirms that Sensetime Group B will be eligible for inclusion in the MSCI China All Shares and MSCI China Indexes starting at the February 2026 Index Review.

MSCI reminds users of its indexes for any purpose, including both indexed and active management, that they are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable sanctions and any other rules, regulations, prohibitions, laws, and other restrictions applicable to their portfolios, trading, and other investment activity.
