TREATMENT OF MSCI CHINA CLIMATE PARIS ALIGNED AND MSCI JAPAN CLIMATE PARIS ALIGNED INDEXES AT THE MAY 2025 INDEX REVIEW

To ensure rebalancing feasibility, the following constraints for the MSCI China Climate Paris Aligned and MSCI Japan Climate Paris Aligned Indexes will be relaxed. This change only applies at the May 2025 Index Review.

MSCI China Climate Paris Aligned Index (Index Code 736106)
- Maximum Constituent Active Weight at +/- 6% (from +/- 2%)

MSCI Japan Climate Paris Aligned Index (Index Code 735593)
- Maximum Constituent Active Weight at +/- 4% (from +/- 2%)
