DECISION ON LISTING SELECTION FOR TEVA PHARMACEUTICAL IN THE MSCI ISRAEL INDEX

As proposed on May 12, 2016 and following feedback from the investment
community, MSCI Inc. (NYSE: MSCI), a leading provider of research-based indexes
and analytics, will start using the American Depositary Receipt (ADR) listing,
trading on NYSE, instead of the local Tel Aviv Stock Exchange listing for Teva
Pharmaceutical in the MSCI Israel Index, as the local listing continues to fail
the Minimum Liquidity Requirements.

MSCI will implement the listing change as of the close of October 31, 2016
(effective November 1, 2016).
