Due to potential index replicability issues related to the very low liquidity of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk resulting from trading at the minimum tradeable price of 50 IDR on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since the close of May 13, 2026,  MSCI will freeze any changes in the number of shares (NOS), Foreign Inclusion Factor (FIF), Domestic Inclusion Factor (DIF), constraint factors as well as additions and deletions for this security in the MSCI Indexes as part of the May 2026 Index Review. This treatment applies to the MSCI Global Investable Market Indexes as well as non-market capitalization weighted indexes, such as the MSCI Factor, Sustainability & Climate, Thematic, and Capped Indexes.

Note that if, as a result of not implementing a constraint factor change on this security in an MSCI 10/40 Index, MSCI 25/50 Index, or MSCI 35/65 Index, the indexes were not to be compliant with the concentration constraints described in the relevant index methodologies, the constraint factor change will be implemented regardless of the special treatment mentioned above.

MSCI will further review the liquidity of this security, in line with the MSCI Global Investable Market Indexes methodology as part of the August 2026 Index Review and would delete PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk if it fails the relevant liquidity requirements at that time.
