THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MSCI GLOBAL STANDARD INDEXES

According to Appendix III of the MSCI Global Investable Market Indexes Methodology, for (i) cases listed in the US with change in the filing type and (ii) cases with change in incorporation outside of a corporate event, the country classification is generally reviewed and implemented at the Index Review following the change, based on the country classification framework.

The following are the changes affecting the MSCI USA, MSCI United Kingdom, MSCI Canada, MSCI US Equity Standard and Small Cap Indexes. These changes will be implemented as of the close of May 30, 2025 (effective June 02, 2025) to coincide with the May 2025 Index Review.
