THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MSCI GLOBAL STANDARD INDEXES

TREATMENT OF THE MSCI EM LATIN AMERICA LOW CARBON LEADERS AND MSCI BRAZIL LOW CARBON LEADERS INDEXES AT THE NOVEMBER 2025 INDEX REVIEW

To ensure feasibility at the November 2025 Index Review, the following constraints for the MSCI EM Latin America Low Carbon Leaders (Index Code 718766) and MSCI Brazil Low Carbon Leaders (Index Code 718765) will be relaxed.

- The Active Sector Weights constraint of +/-2% from the Parent Index will not be applied to the Energy Sector.

This special treatment will only be applied at the November 2025 Index Review.
