THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MSCI GLOBAL STANDARD INDEXES

In light of the upcoming enhancements to the free float adjustment factor methodology, MSCI announces the transition for Corporate Events in accordance with the new rounding rules.

To mitigate the risk of potential reverse turnover at the May 2026 Index Review arising from the implementation of the enhanced free float rounding methodology, all Corporate Events announced by MSCI to have "Confirmed" status on or after March 2, 2026 and resulting in Foreign Inclusion Factor (FIF) or Domestic Inclusion Factor (DIF) changes will apply the new free float rounding methodology.

Corporate Events which are announced by MSCI in "Confirmed" status in February 2026 with an effective date in March 2026 will continue to follow the current free float rounding methodology.
