UPDATE TO THE MSCI TAIWAN SELECT ESG SUSTAINABILITY HIGH YIELD TOP 30 INDEX METHODOLOGY BOOK

MSCI announced today that the methodology book for the MSCI Taiwan Select ESG Sustainability High Yield Top 30 Index (MSCI Index code: 731943) has been updated to reflect:
- Updated criteria in eligible universe screening for controversy score and dividend yield standard deviation
- Update to the buffer rules

These enhancements will be effective starting the May 2026 Index Review.
