ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MSCI JOURNEY SELECT INDEXES

MSCI announced today that as part of the August 2026 Index Review, MSCI has updated the methodology for the MSCI Emerging Markets Journey Select Index (Index Code: 759402) and MSCI World Journey Select Index (Index Code: 759401), to reflect the following changes:
- The minimum required uplift in Weighted Average ESG Industry Adjusted Score relative to the Parent Index has been adjusted from 10% to 5%.
- A new constraint has been added requiring the Weighted Average Environmental, Social, and Governance Pillar Scores, assessed separately for each pillar, to be at least equal or greater than Parent Index.

This methodology enhancement was implemented at the August 2026 Index Review, effective September 1, 2026.

The updated methodology book will be available on MSCI's website at on or before September 1, 2026.
