CONCLUSIONS FROM THE CONSULTATION ON PROPOSED ENHANCEMENTS TO THE MSCI CORPORATE
EVENTS METHODOLOGY

As announced on November 20, 2018, the introduction of a new framework when the
daily price limit is breached on a corporate events implementation day was
approved by the investment community following a consultation process.

The updated methodology will be available and applicable from July 8, 2019
onwards.


As a reminder, MSCI will systematically postpone by two full business days
addition/migration/selected deletion to/from the MSCI Standard indexes if the
affected security is not trading at 12PM local time due to price limit breach on
the implementation day.

MSCI will send a standardized announcement shortly after 12PM notifying clients
about the price limit breach situation.
Prior to market close, a subsequent announcement in "correction" status will be
sent with the revised effective date.

Note that for clarity purposes, MSCI will not wait for the security to resume
trading for a full day to determine the new effective date of the event as
initially proposed.
