ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MSCI NIHONKABU MULTIPLE-FACTOR ADVANCED INDEX

The rebalance of the MSCI Nihonkabu Multiple-Factor Advanced Index (MSCI Index Code: 719275) at the November 2025 Index Review will require an index-level ESG Score improvement of 18%, rather than 20%, in order to avoid excess turnover and likely infeasibility during the optimization process. The above change will only be applicable at the November 2025 Index Review.
