EM: UPDATE ON TREATMENT OF FREE FLOAT OF KILER HOLDING AND CERTAIN TURKEY SECURITIES AS PART OF THE MAY 2026 INDEX REVIEW

Following the February 2026 Index Review and feedback from market participants, MSCI has conducted further analysis of the free float of KILER HOLDING. As a result, MSCI has reclassified some shareholders, including certain funds, from free float to non-free float as part of the May 2026 Index Review.

Security Details:
Security Name: KILER HOLDING
MSCI Security Code / RIC Code: 53982.01 / KLRHO.IS
FIF (Current / Proforma): 0.25 / 0.145

As a consequence, KILER HOLDING no longer meets the requirements for continued index inclusion and will be deleted from the MSCI Global Small Cap Indexes.

In addition, MSCI extended this targeted review to certain other Turkish securities with corresponding free float updates reflected as part of the May 2026 Index Review.

All resulting changes will be implemented as of the close of May 29, 2026 (effective June 1, 2026) and will be reflected in the relevant MSCI Indexes and associated files, including the Advanced Corporate Event (ACE) Files.

MSCI will continue to monitor developments in the Turkish market and is engaged with stakeholders on matters related to free float assessment and market investability, and will communicate further as warranted.
