THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MSCI GLOBAL STANDARD INDEXES

DETAILS OF THE TRANSITION OF THE MSCI ALL CHINA INDEXES

MSCI will transition the MSCI All China Indexes to the MSCI China All Shares
Indexes as of the close November 26, 2019.

As part of the transition, the following MSCI All China Indexes will be
discontinued effective November 27, 2019:

MSCI All China Index
MSCI All China IMI Index
MSCI All China Large Cap Index
MSCI All China Mid Cap Index
MSCI All China SMID Cap Index
MSCI All China Small Cap Index
MSCI All China + Hong Kong + Taiwan Index
MSCI All China + Hong Kong + Taiwan IMI Index
MSCI All China + Hong Kong + Taiwan Large Cap Index
MSCI All China + Hong Kong + Taiwan Mid Cap Index
MSCI All China + Hong Kong + Taiwan SMID Cap Index
MSCI All China + Hong Kong + Taiwan Small Cap Index
MSCI All China Consumer Demand Index

As a reminder, on March 9, 2018, MSCI announced that the transition of the MSCI
All China Indexes to the MSCI China All Shares Indexes was planned for June 1,
2019.  Following feedback from market participants, in order to provide
additional time for implementation, MSCI will delay the transition date to
November 26, 2019.
