THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MSCI GLOBAL STANDARD INDEXES

Based on feedback received from the market participants regarding uncertainty surrounding the free float of KILER HOLDING, MSCI will not implement the proposed upward size-segment migration as part of the February 2026 Index Review. Instead, MSCI will retain KILER HOLDING in the MSCI Turkey Small Cap Index with the Foreign Inclusion Factor (FIF) of 0.25.

MSCI will conduct further analysis on its free float and will communicate further as warranted.

The changes will be reflected in the Advanced Corporate Event (ACE) Files starting from February 24, 2026.
