CONSULTATION ON THE MSCI CLIMATE ACTION INDEXES METHODOLOGY

(Re: Announcement dated March 15, 2026)

MSCI will announce the results from the recently concluded consultation on potential enhancements to the MSCI Climate Action Indexes Methodology on or before April 17, 2026, instead of April 10, 2026.

This extension is needed to allow final feedback from certain market participants following clarification of certain proposals. At this stage, MSCI still plans to implement the enhancements at the May 2026 Index Review.
