MSCI INDEX REVIEW/REBALANCING DATES

With the aim to address inquiries related to whether current events will impact
MSCI Index Review/Rebalancing dates, our most recent February 2020 quarterly
index review (QIR), has already occurred, and was deemed effective March 2,
2020.  In terms of dates related to the upcoming May 2020 Semi-Annual Index
Review (SAIR), or any other rebalancing as it relates to a specific index
methodology, MSCI Inc. (NYSE: MSCI), a leading provider of research-based
indexes and analytics, is actively monitoring developments and will look to
communicate any additional information as appropriate. Such communication, as
always, including any extended consultation outreach that may be launched, will
