THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MSCI GLOBAL STANDARD INDEXES

MSCI will add the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") to the list of eligible stock exchanges for Canada in the MSCI Global Investable Market Indexes (GIMI) Methodology, along with the November 2026 Index Review.

Starting November 2026 Index Review, securities with a primary listing on CSE will be eligible for inclusion in the MSCI GIMI, subject to meeting all other index inclusion requirements, in accordance with the MSCI GIMI Methodology.

Following this update, the eligible stock exchanges for Canada in Appendix I: Equity Markets and Universe of the MSCI GIMI Methodology will be: Toronto Stock Exchange, Cboe Canada, and Canadian Securities Exchange.
