THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MSCI GLOBAL STANDARD INDEXES

According to Appendix III of the MSCI Global Investable Market Indexes Methodology, for (i) cases listed in the US with change in the filing type and (ii) cases with change in incorporation outside of a corporate event, the country classification is generally reviewed and implemented at the Index Review following the change, based on the country classification framework.

The following are the changes affecting the MSCI USA and MSCI United Kingdom Small Cap Indexes. These changes will be implemented as of the close of February 27, 2026 (effective March 02, 2026) to coincide with the February 2026 Index Review.
