REMINDER ON OPEN CONSULTATIONS REGARDING MARKET CLASSIFICATION

On October 30, 2024, MSCI launched two consultations:

* Consultation on a Potential Subcategorization of Frontier Markets: MSCI is considering the introduction of an "Advanced Frontier Markets" subcategory to recognize certain Frontier Markets with higher levels of Market Accessibility. To participate in the consultation, please provide your feedback through an online survey available at https://www.msci.com/index-consultations/AdvancedFM.

* Consultation on Enhancing the Size and Liquidity Requirements of the MSCI Market Classification Framework: MSCI is proposing new Entry and Maintenance criteria to improve classification stability and transparency. Please provide your feedback through an online survey available at https://www.msci.com/index-consultations/Size&Liquidity.

Feedback from the investment community on the above two consultations is welcome until March 31, 2025. MSCI will announce the results of these consultations in Q2 2025.

Additionally, as part of the results of the MSCI 2024 Market Classification Review, MSCI announced the launch of a consultation on the potential reclassification of Bulgaria from Standalone to Frontier Market status.
