UPDATE TO THE METHODOLOGY BOOK FOR THE MSCI WORLD EX AUSTRALIA EX FOSSIL FUEL SELECT SRI AND LOW CARBON CAPPED INDEX

MSCI announced today that the methodology book for the MSCI World ex Australia ex Fossil Fuel Select SRI and Low Carbon Capped Index has been updated to reflect additional screening criteria for controversial business involvement, carbon emission intensity, and nutrition and health. Also reflected is additional screening criteria to exclude companies classified under the Soft Drinks GICS Sub-Industry.
