TREATMENT OF EN+ GROUP AND UNITED COMPANY RUSAL IN THE CONTEXT OF US ECONOMIC
SANCTIONS ON RUSSIA

On January 27, 2019, the US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign
Assets Control (OFAC) removed EN+ Group, United Company RUSAL, and EuroSibEnergo
from its list of Specifically Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons ("SDN
List").

Following this announcement, MSCI Inc. (NYSE: MSCI), a leading provider of
research-based indexes and analytics, announced today that EN+ Group and United
Company RUSAL are now eligible for potential inclusion in the MSCI Equity
Indexes should they meet the necessary requirements as per the MSCI Global
Investable Market Indexes methodology. Please note that EuroSibEnergo is
currently unlisted.
