THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MSCI GLOBAL STANDARD INDEXES

MSCI TO DISCONTINUE MSCI RUSSIA 25/50 INDEX (MSCI INDEX CODE: 126251)

In light of recent deletion of securities from the MSCI Russia Index due to prolonged suspension, MSCI will cancel rebalance of MSCI RUSSIA 25/50 INDEX (MSCI INDEX CODE: 126251) at close of May 19, 2022 and discontinue the index as part of May 2022 SAIR (effective June 1, 2022) as it fails to have minimum number of group entities and it is unlikely that the index will have enough securities in near future for index continuation.
