THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MSCI GLOBAL STANDARD INDEXES

Based on currently available information, MSCI intends to include Saudi Aramco
in the MSCI Equity Indexes at an estimated Foreign Inclusion Factor (FIF)/
Domestic Inclusion Factor (DIF) of 0.005.

MSCI will confirm the final FIF/ DIF for Saudi Aramco, subject to any additional
disclosures, on December 11, 2019.

As previously announced, subject to meeting early inclusion requirements, MSCI
intends to include Saudi Aramco in the MSCI Equity Indexes in one step as of the
close of December 17, 2019 (effective December 18, 2019). Additionally, and for
clarification, if trading of Saudi Aramco is impacted by the 10% daily price
limit on December 17, 2019 at 12 PM local time, MSCI would postpone the
inclusion until after January 5, 2020.
