MSCI will include Saudi Aramco in the MSCI Equity Indexes in one step as of the
close of December 17, 2019 (effective December 18, 2019).

Based on the closing price of SAR 35.2 on the first trading day on December 11,
2019, Saudi Aramco meets the minimum market capitalization requirement for early
inclusion.

Based on the information available at the close of trading today, Saudi Aramco
will be included at a Foreign Inclusion Factor (FIF) and Domestic Inclusion
Factor (DIF) of 0.005. Saudi Aramco will have an estimated weight of 0.16% in
the MSCI Emerging Markets Index and an estimated weight of 6.03% in the MSCI
Saudi Arabia Index.

Future changes, if any, to the free-float of Saudi Aramco, including potential
changes related to the exercise of the over-allotment option, will be announced
separately and with sufficient advance notice.

As previously announced, in the calculation of Saudi Aramco's FIF/DIF, MSCI will
consider the retail investor allocation as non-free float until the expiration
of the 180-day bonus holding period. Subsequently, the treatment of the retail
investors in the calculation of the FIF/DIF will be reviewed as part of the
August 2020 Quarterly Index Review.
