THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MSCI GLOBAL STANDARD INDEXES

SECURITIES EXHIBITING AN EXTREME PRICE INCREASE AS PART OF THE MAY 2023 INDEX REVIEW

As per the MSCI Global Investable Market Indexes (GIMI) methodology, IMI constituents exhibiting an extreme price increase will not be eligible for immediate addition to the MSCI Standard Indexes.

Eoptolink Technology A and Ecopro Co exhibited extreme price increases as of the price cutoff date of the May 2023 Index Review. Therefore, as part of the May 2023 Index Review:
- Eoptolink Technology A (Hk-C) (MSCI Code: 97803.02) will not be added to the MSCI China Index
- Eoptolink Technology A (MSCI Code: 97803.01) will not be added to the MSCI China All Shares Index and will be retained in the MSCI China All Shares Small Cap Index
- Ecopro Co (MSCI Code: 63097.01) will not be added to the MSCI Korea Index and will be retained in the MSCI Korea Small Cap Index

Their eligibility for the MSCI Standard Indexes will be re-evaluated at the August 2023 Index Review.
